Yes, I am totally wearing pigtails today. Not the most lawyerly look but you have to have a little fun where you can, right? I don’t think I’ve worn these pumps before in a post. If you have not tried Cole Haan shoes before, what the heck are you waiting for? They are so, so comfortable. The built-in Nike Air® cushioning reminds me of standing on a spring floor in gymnastics. Seriously. Amazing. I love these shoes, but as you can see, I have a *few* pairs so some get lost in the mix. (Plus we won’t even talk about the disaster that is my closet right now. And by closet I mean all over the house. Husband is a patient man, maybe even a saint.) These are great for long days (I used to wear them when I sang with our symphony chorus) and for court. I’m sure you will see plenty of them in the future. I wore Cole Haan shoes on my wedding day too – perfection.
I need to do a post on this bag too (and include better pictures, obvs). It is the perfect work bag I have been searching for since I started law school. I got it at Nordstrom for over 40% off (YAY!). It holds tons of work papers, my laptop, extra battery, power cord, plus all my personal stuff (wallet, sunglasses case, cosmetic bag, etc.). And an umbrella. And it’s cute! Love.
Oh, and “what’s black and white and red all over” is one of my dad’s favorite and classic bad jokes. Feel free to post answers in the comments if you feel so inclined. 🙂
As always, thanks so much for reading!
